Refund policy

Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. Goods can only be returned up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery.
  2. Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
  3. The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received JMT premises.
  4. For returns to be processed and refunded, we’ll ask you to send us a detailed email with pictures of the damaged or defective item.
  5. Please send proof of purchase with the goods to be returned.
  6. Please state if you would like a refund or a replacement.
  7. Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs.
  8. Refunds don't include delivery charges.
  9. JMT Trading co will endeavour to process all returns within 7 working days of receipt of the return.

 

Cancellation policy

  • You may cancel your order (in full or part) at any time before it has been dispatched.
  • If you decide to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns procedure.
  • If the JMT Trading Company has to cancel your order, you will be informed by email or phone and the amount paid refunded within 7 days.

 

Fulfilment and delivery

  • Please allow at least 10 days for fulfilment and delivery.
  • When the payment has been processed and the order dispatched, we will send an email confirmation (if you have provided an email address).
  • Our delivery provider is Royal Mail.
  • The JMT Trading Company accepts no responsibility for delays, damages or losses which occur after orders are dispatched.
  • Orders with multiple items, may be dispatched in separate packages.
  • Postage is paid by the customer, except for replacements which have been agreed through the refunds and returns policy procedure.

 

Online payments

  • We only accept Mastercard and Visa card payments.
  • We do not accept any other type of payment.
